Type "A" and "B" - Situated low ground, completely reconstructed in 2003 - two rooms, about mq. 40 - are composed by a dining area in living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, (coffee-machine, oven, refrigerator, toaster, water boiler, 4 gas rings); bedroom with two divisible beds, a bathroom with shower and a wide wood balcony.
Flat "Type A" has a small garden too. (Max 4 people)

Type "C" - Situtated on first floor - three rooms, about 65 mq. - is composed by an hall, a kitchen (coffee-machine, oven, refrigerator, toaster, 4 gas rings) a big bedroom, a living room with double sofa bed, a bathroom with bathtub, a wide balcony (max 6 people)
