Two rooms holiday apartment for rent on the ground floor, 40 sqm, for 2-4 people, with large balcony in wood and small garden.

The holiday rental apartment, completely renovated is composed of: living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, bedroom with twin beds, bathroom with shower.

The holiday apartment is well equipped to give you a comfortable vacation, included air conditioning, satellite color TV, free internet wi-fi and laundry; baby-chair and a baby-bed for a family with children.

Our holiday house “Il Balcone di Elma” in Menaggio is situated in a sunny position, 200 meters from the center of Menaggio, on Lake Como, from the bus stop and ferry area, especially convenient for those traveling without a car, but also with private parking for those who travel by car.

The wooden balcony and the adjacent small garden can be used for sunbathing, to have meals outside and to relax in an enchanting location.

Upon arrival, guests are offered a welcome gift.

On Easter (16/04 – 23/04) and Christmas (21/12 – 06/01) applied Middle Season rates.

*Prices are for 2 people. An extra charge of 10 € each will be applied for any 3rd and 4rd guest
