Our rates...
RATES 2012
Our rates are diversified depending on the periods in which is requested
to stay at our house.
The price includes: rent, water, gas, electricity and private parking, free internet wi-fi.
During the period July-August we rent preferably a week, from Saturday to Saturday.
For the "Type C" apartment, the prices are the same until four people.
They are higher (but not so much...) for five people.
The tax of stay, recently established by the City of Menaggio and payable by the guests, for the year 2012 will be fully paid by the hosting family.
