The holiday home “Il Balcone di Elma” is situated in Menaggio, on the western shore of Lake Como.
Just 200 meters from the village center, and then from the bus station and the dock for ferries and boats (ferry area) – making it particularly convenient for guests without a car – the “Balcone di Elma” is located in a sunny location, surrounded by a small walled garden.
It consists of three holiday rental apartments plus our own apartment where we live – available at any time, for any need.
All the holiday apartments have a balcony and enjoy a magnificent view of the lake, which stretches from the tip of Bellagio, Varenna on the opposite shore and the high lake; overlooking the village of Menaggio, with a full view of the surrounding mountains.
Each holiday apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday on Lake Como.
They also have private parking, color TV with satellite antenna and wi-fi internet access.
Guests will be greeted by the owners with a welcome gift!
